‘Hey, it's okay’. Mental health issues are more discussed than ever. And although this is a positive development, there is still a taboo around the mental problems some people experience. What do we need from ourselves and from society to break this taboo?
During this workshop we make an attempt to break the taboo around anxiety disorders among young people. You'll start a conversation with each other using photography. Because one picture says more than a thousand words, right? To participate in this workshop, it is not important whether you have experience with anxiety disorders or not.
